Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Common options include:

• USPS Ground: 5–7 business days

• UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail:

  • Midwest: 1–3 days

  • Northeast: 2–4 days

  • South: 2–4 days

  • West: 5–7 days

• USPS Express: 1–3 business days

• UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery

Due to high demand (especially for trending items like NeeDoh), some products may be offered as preorders.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items,

your order will ship together once all items are available

We recommend placing your order well in advance. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

All orders must be paid in full prior to processing.

Customers are responsible for:

• Shipping and handling charges

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or delayed packages once in transit

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to:

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled

Returns & Exchanges

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be returned in original condition.
If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Items returned damaged or used

If an item becomes unavailable:

• We may issue a refund for that item

• The remaining items will be shipped as available
