1. Overview

Welcome to Faith Factory™.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, purchases, and any interaction with our brand. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Faith Factory™ is a small, mission-driven business offering apparel, gifts, and tools designed to support mental health and addiction recovery.

2. Product Purpose Disclaimer

Our products are created to offer comfort, encouragement, and connection.

They are not medical or therapeutic devices and are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• All information entered is accurate

• You are responsible for all charges associated with your order

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities

• Correct pricing errors

4. Electronic Communication

Customers consent to receive order confirmations, shipping notifications, preorder updates, and other transactional communications electronically via the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring their email, including spam and junk folders.

 

5. Preorder Policy

Preorder items display their own estimated fulfillment timeline on each product page before purchase. Estimated ship dates vary by product and are estimates only, not guarantees. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the preorder timeline displayed on each product page at the time of purchase.

• Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be held and shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise agreed by Faith Factory. If a customer requests a split shipment, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise approved by Faith Factory.

• Faith Factory relies on third-party manufacturers and distributors. Unexpected manufacturing, import, allocation, or supplier delays may affect estimated preorder timelines. These circumstances are outside of Faith Factory's control and do not constitute a failure to provide the purchased merchandise.

• Faith Factory may, at its discretion, offer partial shipments, substitutions, or item refunds when inventory availability changes. Acceptance of these accommodations does not alter the remaining preorder terms for the balance of the order.

• Estimated shipping dates are provided for planning purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing Times:

• In-stock items: typically ship in about 5 business days

• Preorders: see Section 4 above

Additional Terms:

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch fulfillment:

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

• Preorder items are final sale

However:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@faithfactory.shop and we will make it right.

8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers agree to contact Faith Factory to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback, Faith Factory may provide order confirmations, product pages, preorder disclosures, tracking information, customer communications, website policies, and other transaction records to the customer's financial institution as evidence supporting fulfillment of the order and compliance with these Terms.

9. Order Acceptance Clause

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable product description, preorder timeline (if applicable), shipping information, return policy, and these Terms & Conditions before completing your purchase.

10. Force Majeure / Delays Beyond Control

Faith Factory shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, weather events, labor shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

All content, designs, logos, and products are the property of Faith Factory™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access restricted systems

• Copy or exploit content without permission

13. Limitation of Liability

Faith Factory™ is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays outside of our control

• Emotional or personal outcomes related to product use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
