• You are responsible for all charges associated with your order

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities

• Correct pricing errors

4. Preorder Policy

Some items are offered as preorders.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree:

• Preorder items have extended fulfillment timelines (typically 4–6 weeks, but may vary)

• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Orders containing preorder items will ship together once all items are available

• Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed

We provide updates as they become available and appreciate your patience as a small business managing high demand.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing Times:

• In-stock items: typically 3–5 business days

• Preorders: see Section 4 above

Additional Terms:

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch fulfillment:

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

• Preorder items are final sale

However:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@faithfactory.shop and we will make it right.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving issues with care and fairness.

Before initiating a chargeback, we ask that you contact us directly so we can help.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and investigation.

We reserve the right to:

• Provide order details, shipping confirmation, and policy agreement as evidence in disputes
